Patients are requested, where possible, to call the surgery before 10.30am if a home visit is required on the same day.

The clinician will call the patient before a home visit is agreed- this is to ensure adequate care is provided and that the patient needs to be seen in person. 

If a home visit is agreed, the clinician will normally do their home visits at the end of their morning or afternoon session.
